Be Free From Denial!

Have you ever experienced that feeling when you finally get something off of your chest?  You feel free, it's as a though a weight has been lifted up and off of you.  The same feeling can be experienced when we admit how we really feel.  Maybe you've been sad, angry, frustrated, depressed or otherwise. God wants us to come to Him, tell Him how we feel and give these feelings to Him.  The Bible instructs us to cast our cares onto Him.  We are supposed to throw these issues off of ourselves and allow God to care for us. He's Loyal!

Have you experienced a time when everyone left you and you felt that you needed them the most at that time? Have you ever been friendless? Have you ever known someone who was always around until the moment that you needed them and then POOF! they’re gone? Sometimes one of the hardest things in the world to find is someone who is LOYAL.  By today’s standards it is much more attractive to be selfish.  The only problem with being selfish is that we all encounter times in our lives when we need other people.  Being selfish doesn’t help when the person who’s been selfish in now in need of other people. Do you know that God is LOYAL?  Yes, He really, really is.  He promised to never leave us.  He’s always there to help us.  He’s always by our side.  All that we have to do is call Him. How Are You Today?

It's Saturday. Most people have completed their work week.  How did that go?  I struggled to stay awake this week. I realized that I stopped taking my vitamins in June while I was preparing for my daughter's graduation. My energy has been really low no matter what I do. I started my routine back on Thursday, so I pray that they take effect soon. Today, I woke up in prayer. I thank God for that! Usually when I jump up into the day without prayer everything gets jumbled, stressful and confusing. I'm mentally listing what I need to accomplish today. I have a lot to do. This being one of them. I needed to post this morning. Without knowing what to post about, I'm posting my morning. I pray that this blesses someone. I now realize I must write my to-do list.  It's a bit long.  What are you going to do today?  I don't want to become overwhelmed by my list of things to do, so I'm committing my list to God in prayer.
