Depression will NEVER separate you from the love of God!


Romans 8:35-39
35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or are hungry or cold or in danger or threatened with death? 36 (Even the Scriptures say, "For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.") 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.  38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from his love. Death can't, and life can't. The angels can't, and the demons can't. Our fears for today, our worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell can't keep God's love away. 39 Whether we are high above the sky or in the deepest ocean, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Psalm 119:28 28  My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word. There will be days when we feel beat up.  There are days when the weight of the world is on our shoulders. It is in those hard times that we must tell God our truth.  We must confess how we really feel. Lord, I'm hurt.  Lord, I'm tired.  Lord, I don't think I can handle this anymore. When we pour out our heart to God, we are giving Him access to comfort and strengthen us.  His Word says, that He will NEVER leave us nor forsake us.  His Word says, He uplifts us with His right hand.  His Word says, I have loved you with an everlasting love.  His Word says, cast all of your cares on Me. I pray that as you go through this weekend that the Word of God strengthens you for whatever and everything that you are facing.

Be Free From Denial!

Have you ever experienced that feeling when you finally get something off of your chest?  You feel free, it's as a though a weight has been lifted up and off of you.  The same feeling can be experienced when we admit how we really feel.  Maybe you've been sad, angry, frustrated, depressed or otherwise. God wants us to come to Him, tell Him how we feel and give these feelings to Him.  The Bible instructs us to cast our cares onto Him.  We are supposed to throw these issues off of ourselves and allow God to care for us. Don't live in denial.  Stop walking around pretending that everything is all right!  Shake yourself free from pain and anguish!  Live and Be Free from DENIAL! via  Daily Prompt: Denial

Tip of the Day!

PRAY! Whether you are at work, at home, at school, church, a relatives house, or wherever, we must remember to pray.  Depression creeps in when we lose our line of communication with God.  It is vital to keep that relationship in its proper place, 1st and foremost.  It is very important that we talk with God and listen to Him too.  God bless you.
