It's so important to be humble. Don't get the 'big head' because you serve God. Don't look down on others who don't. Remember that God is loving. Jesus didn't and doesn't look down on others.  He looks at all of us with compassion. Compassion moves you to help someone. If you look at a person and have no desire to help them, you've looked wrong.

This is a lesson for everyone of us. God help our eyes and our hearts.

This scripture also helps us to realize that we can all be tempted. The greatest preacher to the person who has touched a bible for the first time can be tempted. Jesus was tempted and overcame by the Word of God and so can you today. Speak the Word of God when you're tempted. Start praising God for the strength to withstand and not succumb.  Thank God for being your help.

1 Corinthians 10:12-13 (KJV)  Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
